Tax instead เป็นเครื่องมือที่ช่วยฝ่ายบริหาร หรือฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคล ในการคำนวณภาษีเงินได้หัก ณ ที่จ่ายออกแทน กรณีที่กิจการตกลงรับผิดชอบภาษีเงินได้ให้กับพนักงานคนสำคัญ หรือแม้แต่ตัวผู้บริหารเอง
โปรแกรมจะนำข้อมูลเงินได้เช่น เงินเดือน, ค่านายหน้า, โบนัส หรืออื่นๆ มารวมเป็นรายได้ และหักค่าใช้จ่ายให้โดยอัตโมนัติ รวมถึงนำค่าลดหย่อนที่กรอกเข้าไปมาหักเพื่อคำวณภาษี โดยโปรแกรมจะแจ้งเตือนกรณีที่กรอกค่าลดหย่อนต่างๆ เกินเงื่อนไขที่กฎหมายกำหนด เพียงเท่านี้ก็จะรู้แล้วว่ากิจการต้องออกภาษีแทนให้เท่าไหร่ พนักงานจะได้รับเงินในแต่ละเดือนเท่าไหร่

Tax instead is a tool to assist management or HR in calculating withholding tax instead. In case the company agrees to pay income tax charged of key employees or executive himself.

The program will alert if any allowances exceed limit by Revenue code. You will know the amount of tax that the company would pay instead of employees and net salary that employee would get from the company.
