App Store Description

Transcranial doppler (TCD) annotate is an iPad tool, targeted at the larger models, including the iPad pro that enables easy recording of intraoperative events. The tool will allow for recording of surgical metadata including date, time difference between the recording device and the clock used for timestamping surgical events, hospital name (prepopulated), physician name, procedure type, clinical trial name (if applicable), patient age, lesion type, whether or not the patient is symptomatic, treatment side (left, right, bilateral), presence of contralateral occlusion, TCD examiner and TCD file name.

For the CAS procedures, the TCD examiner will be able to select an event description from a list and enter information about the event including time of occurrence, video save number, MAP, HR, {MFV, PI, %, and number of embolus hits} for each side (right and left). There will also be the ability to enter a text note.
The tool will generate an Excel spreadsheet with two tabs, one containing the procedure metadata and the other a list of the events as recorded by the TCD examiner.
