The app is a part of a complete Athlete Readiness System, but works very well as a stand-alone app for anyone to get adjusted and adapted exercise programs based upon how you are feeling today.
Free to use, with some limitations, possibility to buy plans for different purposes.

The athlete reports daily status and receive adapted recommendations as well as suited exercise programs.

The adaptation is based on
* The athletes current periodization phase or if in-season
* The athletes reported energy levels, such as Physical, Mental, Recovery and Effort
* If available the athletes estimated Biochemical Profile, known as Neuro-typing.

TEAMYI is short for Team, Myself & I, where the "TEAM" represents the group, "MYSELF" represents the coach and "I" represents all the individuals within the group.
