TEG Risk

An application for the efficient and accurate completion of Machine Risk Assessment reports in a process that is consistent with ISO12100, AS/NZS4024.1201. Various productivity tools are in place to allow the risk assessment to be documented with photo references in the field. The hazard identification, risk estimation and evaluation process is data and field based to allow for management reports and customisable but narrative based reports to be prepared.
Risk estimation or scoring can be done using a 5 x 5 matrix or the Hazard Risk Number (HRN) and Performance Levels are evaluated according to AS/NZS4024.1503.
