The TeleSlim APP allows your TeleSlim personal trainer to build customized workouts, get feedback, and communicate in order to fit your schedule, body, and lifestyle. You must be an active TeleSlim client to use the APP. Whether you are looking to shed a few pounds or want to compete in a body building competition, the personal training assignments can be customized to each individual's needs and goals. Our trainers range from NFL trainers to bikini model coaches, so unlike other apps that have computer generated workouts or standard workouts, TeleSlim allows for truly personalized service. Workout at home, the gym, or on-the-go; wherever you have a phone and a cellular signal.
Current Features:
-Unlimited personal training workouts: Truly personalized, individual customized workout plans to fit any individual with an available TeleSlim trainer of your choice.
-How to Video Library: Over 600 videos of common exercises with descriptions of proper technique and form. These populate into the App allowing you to review exercises in the beginning or during your workout.
-Equipment Selection: Input your home based exercise equipment or specialized equipment at your local gym in order to have your trainer incorporate them into your workouts.
-Goals: Modify, adjust your personal goals in order for your trainer to modify your plan.
-Location selection: Notify your trainer of a location change to allow customization for business travel or switching from home-based to gym-based workouts.
-Statistics and Feedback: Sending completed reps and distance back to you trainer for review. Personally review your cumulative or daily workout results.
-Mailbox: In APP messaging your trainer allows for secure and private communication.
-Share: in APP social sharing with Facebook and Twitter.
