Easily browse and book our small group workout classes at your convenience. Our state-of-the-art sessions are available throughout the day, each lasting 90 minutes and featuring:

25 minutes of Cardio: Boost your heart rate with dynamic cardio routines.
25 minutes of Functional Strength: Build strength and endurance with targeted exercises.
25 minutes of Cool Down: Relax and recover in our Zen room with breathwork, mobility, and flexibility exercises, all while enjoying the serene view of Yonge Street.

2. Real-Time Heart Rate Monitoring

You undergo a body composition InBody Scan and Vo2Max test, which are conducted in your first week and then every two months. The InBody Scan provides insights into your body composition, while the Vo2Max test measures your lung capacity.

4. Personal Training & Cold Plunge Room
