Employees can perform their HR tasks independently, such as simply taking attendance with just 1 tap on the screen and inputting all their daily activities briefly through the Timesheet feature.
A lot of things that you can do through TemanHR.
Set daily attendance:
- Facilitate check-in and check-out of employee attendance.
- Can review the attendance and working hours of employees.
- Check-in and check-out reminder notifications when working hours will start and end.
Enter leave easily and quickly:
- Submit leave in less than 10 seconds.
- Can see the allotment of leave and the rest of the leave that employees have.
- History of taking leave is recorded in full.
Timesheets:
- Easy and simple.
- Daily activity input based on what the employee did that day.
- Monitor the percentage of attendance of the daily activities that employees do.
- Monitor employee monthly performance based on employee activities.
Company Directory:
- View a brief profile of your company.
- Additional vision and mission of the company as well as the code of conduct.
