What is it about?

Ten questions is a relapse tracker app designed to help people suffering from addiction. The app requires the user answer just ten yes or no questions at the end of each day. Over time, the ten questions algorithm will learn which common supports / triggers are most pertinent to the individual user and flag them in the app. The idea is that when the user is more aware of their potential supports they will practice these activities more frequently which will hopefully decrease the chance of a relapse. The same (but contrary) idea is true for the triggers, hopefully when the user is more aware or their relapse triggers they will be less susceptible to their effects. PLEASE NOTE that is app is NOT A SUBSTITUTE for PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ADVICE / TREATMENT. We just hope that the app may act as a useful tool, among many, for the person suffering from addiction.
