Test & Measure

Test & Measure is a mobile application created for Physical and Occupational Therapists. This application was created to assist with determining a patients current level of function by utilizing evidence-based tests and measures. It aims to provide an easy to use on hand application to assist clinicians in performing, scoring, and interpreting functional outcome measures. The designer of Test & Measure is a Board Certified Clinical Specialist in the area of Geriatrics and a Certified Exercise Expert for the Aging Adult.

• Allows you to integrate patient content and test and measures for your patients. You can utilize patient demographics and history to track real life scoring throughout the patients plan of care.
• Use individually or build a team. The Team feature would allow therapy departments to exchange information seamlessly between therapists. The feature allows therapist to conduct any test and measure and give other members access to the patient scores/results. The Team feature allows 3 Teams of up to 6 members.
