Testimonial.lk app provides the companies who would be registered under this app with a written agreement to record their customer success stories in a video, Audio, Image, and questionnaire.

Companies registered with the app would be given a unique account number with passwords to access their records.
Questionnaires will be developed from the backend system and pushed to the App. Companies should have their own sales representative to record customers feedbacks via the app. Customer should first register with their details and OTP will be sent to phone to validate details. Then customer can record their feedback.
Companies can use these unique feedbacks to develop the quality of their own products.
