Textor

Textor is a plain text editor, fully optimized for iOS.

The app is based around the standard documents browser. Files can be opened from anywhere, including iCloud Drive and other apps. New documents can also be created, although these are created in a temporary location, so make sure you move them to a permanent location before closing the app!

And finally: no ads or in-app purchases! This is a simple, yet essential, app that enriches the productivity on iOS.
