TIC werd in eerste instantie ontwikkeld voor mensen met een stoornis in het Autismespectrum (ASS), maar ook veel andere mensen kunnen TIC goed gebruiken als hulpmiddel. Eigenlijk is TIC voor iedereen die houdt van of gebaat is bij structuur en overzicht. TIC helpt bij het (weer) krijgen van overzicht. De app is gebruiksvriendelijk, snel, simpel en duidelijk.
