The Academy is a performance based center, located in Downtown Sacramento, Ca. Our facility is 10,000 square feet, inside sits an Olympic platform that can accommodate as many as 30 lifters. A turf area that is 5 yards wide and 50 yards long, perfect for sprint training. The Academy is also outfitted with all of the fitness industry standards to challenge our clients/members. From our TRX/Rip Cord suspension training station to the Dumbbell, Kettle Bell and Onnit Sandbag and Mace Bar stations. Along with Free Motion cable machines, The Academy is also equipped with agility ladders, cones and hurdles. We specialize in personal training, group training, sports specific and team training. Through our unique and unconventional style of programing coupled with the use of traditional training methods like Olympic lifting and Power lifting, our certified personal trainers will assist you on your quest to achieve your fitness goals. Be it muscle gain or fat loss, we believe we can help you reach that goal safely. The Academy holds Strength and Conditioning classes five times a day five days a week, with two conditioning classes on Saturdays. Our Strength classes are on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and are designed to challenge all levels of fitness while improving overall strength. The Conditioning classes are on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, these classes are a mix of bodyweight exercises and athletic movements. The Academy Owners; Bryan Francis and Bryan Washington, together have nearly 30 years of experience in health and fitness. Together with a staff of experienced, certified and knowledgable trainers and coaches, we aim to build champions through strength and conditioning for life and sport.
