The Beacon Project is the perfect social platform to facilitate peer-to-peer interaction between users. Users can post their request by providing a title and description, and chat with other users who want to fulfill the poster’s request. Users can also post about their donations by providing a title, description, and an image, and chat with other users who are seeking the poster’s donation.

Unlike other applications that are major platforms for many purposes, this application has one simple purpose: connect those in need with those that can help. The Beacon Project application is simple to use platform, doesn’t require joining closed groups or navigating hundreds of links and tabs. We take users’ data safety very seriously. Users’ sensitive data is always encrypted. We never ask for payment information and urge our users not to share that sensitive information with other users through the platform.

Users can choose to donate their used or new items to other users through the platform. We, as a company, do not intervene in that process.
