The Bridge is working to promote diabetes care, control, awareness, education, and scientific research through creating a multidisciplinary team of HCPs, Nurses, Diabetic Coaches, Patients and Caregivers. We have three main programs: GUIDE, MENTOR, and PEARL.

Our vision is bridging diabetes gaps and moving together all the way to optimize diabetes care.
Our Mission
Our mission is to elevate and develop the standard of care among patients with diabetes through two fundamental arms: one for training of HCPs, patients and caregivers and another for research & studies.
