We are here to help you become to most embodied version of yourself, you at your truest form, without all the heaviness of the past and the weight of the future. We are here to bring you into the present, release what is no longer serving you, and give you the opportunity to create the future of your dreams and make them a reality.

We combine science backed methods while leaving room when it comes to age old practices like breathwork and meditation and leave room for the spiritual and energetic aspects - balancing the seen and unseen so that magic is possible.

- MEDITATION: Build your mental endurance and inner strength, calm down the worries, release the anxiety and stress, help start and end your day. We have a variety of meditations to support you in coming back to the present moment and understanding you at a deeper level.

- TAROT: A centuries old practice to build your intuition, the tarot is a mirror, a reflection of your own energy. We teach you more about the misunderstood history of the tarot and the innate strength it has to help you connect back to that gut feeling that may have quieted over time. We have daily, weekly and monthly tarot individual and group circles to guide and support.

Emily Dewberry is a certified breathwork and meditation facilitator, energetic master teacher, and intuitive tarot reader. Coming from a corporate background before entering this space, Emily makes these modalities, that are still on edge of breaking through the mainstream, feel very approachable. So let’s get started!
