You won’t find it in any gym, in fact, Vasper is only available to the public in two places in the UK. And one of them is right here in our Wimbledon studio.

Because a Vasper session takes less than half an hour, it’s perfect if you’re pushed for time. You can easily fit one in before or after a training run or a bike ride, between gym workouts or after a tough game of football or rugby.

Vasper isn’t exclusively for athletic types either. If you hate gyms or you feel stuck in that Catch 22 position of knowing you really should exercise but feeling too unfit to even start - then Vasper sessions are for you.
