The Fleet App

'The Fleet App' came about because on a Friday night a few weeks ago when George (our founder) was ordering a takeaway he was finding it very difficult to decide where to order from due to having to scroll through all the different social media pages and websites to see all the different options.
Eventually, he ended up going back to the same place that he had been unhappy with before because it was too difficult to find an alternative. The only option he had at the time was to find one of the local magazines and scan through it, but he didn't fancy (or have the time) to do that on a Friday evening!
So the following day, he had a look at all the different Facebook groups in the area and found that all the other residents were having the same problem. The only post that he saw was people asking if anyone knew of a "Fleet based Plumber" or a "hotel with a lounge" because they couldn't find one. This is where the App comes in.
The App will enable local people and business owners in Fleet and surrounding areas to browse through the different businesses in the area and understand the different options that are available to them, sorted by category. It is a great way to bring all the information about shops, restaurants, businesses, events, groups and more into one app on any device.
