The HAV App

The HAV App presents a modern and revolutionary way of delivering credible alternative valuations. The App is specially designed to provide the appraiser with a homeowner assisted inspection process.

The homeowner will be asked some basic questions by the App on his property, after which he will proceed to take the photos of the property. The information submitted on the App is sent to the HAV secure server for proper analysis and verification. Once the submitted data has been verified it is assigned to a Certified Appraiser. A credible appraisal will be completed typically in the following 24 hours. Thus, we provide a credible valuation in a fraction of the time typically required for this level and type of analysis.
