Download and use Higher to find work with licensed cannabis employers throughout California! Higher’s mobile app connects verified cultivators, warehousers, and distributors to job seekers with and without cannabis experience.
HOW IT WORKS:
Job seekers download the mobile app and create an account
Job seekers use the “Find a Job” function to create a job request that explains their availability, location, and background
The Higher team reviews each request for accuracy
The Higher team matches job requests to openings at partner employers
Job seekers are offered job opportunities that fit their experience and availability
If they chose to accept, job seekers are provided with the information necessary to begin their job
The job request will remain active for the duration of the user’s window of availability; the user may receive additional job offers under the same request
Users review their past jobs with Higher, allowing users to communicate their experiences to each other
ADDITIONAL FEATURES:
Higher Careers (coming soon) allows users to build a career through the app by enhancing their skill ranking in different job roles
Users may refer friends to the application as well as view their job history, upcoming jobs, and current job requests
Higher only works with opportunities for temporary “gig” employment. Higher’s app is free for users.
