Use the mirror to have a mindful check-in with yourself. This is a moment to get face to face with yourself and be honest about how you are doing. Where are you in life? Are you progressing toward your goals? What hardships or failures are you currently dealing with? What accomplishments should you celebrate? Give yourself some encouragement or some tough love if you need it, but most of all, tell yourself what you think you need to hear. Talk out loud!

Once you complete your check-in, think of small tasks that will get you closer to your goals that you can complete today and write them down in the task list provided. The smaller the better. Each small task completed gives us more momentum to complete larger and more difficult tasks.
