The Mailbox sits on Station Approach in Stockport. Residents, guests and applicants can download our Community App to become part of something special.

The Mailbox is an Award Winning regeneration project and features a wonderful open atrium at the heart of the development, as well as an 18m-high living wall and an incredible roof terrace where residents can enjoy stunning views.

Choose from 117 stunning rental apartments and work from home, outside the home or host your meeting in our very own Co-Working space.

Our App brings the community together, for 121 and chat channels and neighbour to neighbour help. It is also the place to book the fitness studio, personal training, a hot desk or meeting room. It is the place to host an event such as 'pay day pizza night', or to book your place. It is also where we store the Home User Guide, videos of how things work, all your tenancy docs. You can message Housekeeping or the Maintenance Engineer and photo-log repairs.
