What is it about?
The Plugg allows you to sign in through either Google or Facebook, then request a list of ten randomized people who are also on the app at the time. You can then open up a conversation with them and talk about anything you want, for however long you wish to. You must setup a profile on the first sign-in. If you wish to enter "the que," you can input a subject and wait for people to click on it and talk to you! The best part: it's free!
