The Yoga Shala是致力於 Ashtanga Yoga / Mysore 練習的瑜伽學院，為喜歡Ashtanga Yoga的同學創造一個凝聚、交流的空間，讓正統的瑜伽練習、教學在這裡永續傳承。
Shala在梵文中的意思是學校，也是我們在印度Mysore練習時對教室的稱呼。我們期許The Yoga Shala跟印度Sharath老師的教室一樣忠實傳承Ashtanga Yoga，也希望有心練習Mysore的同學抱著認真求知的態度和我們一起學習。
