TheFitLeague (TFL) takes the structure of a fantasy league and applies it to personal fitness, allowing groups of friends or colleagues to compete together (logging any type of workout) in a simple and familiar format.

TFL is 100% free. No surprise pay gates.

We offer THREE unique league types:

PAIRS
our original format. Each week you are assigned a new partner. During the week, your stats combine with those of your partner as you compete against another pair. At the end of the week (Sunday night), your matchup ends. Your team either wins, loses or ties, and you move on to the next week with a new partner and new opponents. Since your partner is always changing, your "ranking" in the league is as an individual, not as a team.
(best for groups of 8+)

LONE WOLF
just like "Pairs", except no partners! Every matchup is one-on-one. For the uber competitive groups that can't stand the idea of relying on a partner for the win.
(best for groups of 5+)

SQUAD GOALS:
everyone in the league shares a weekly goal. (For example, 4 Days per week; or, 100 minutes of Cardio and 100 Strength Sets per week). At the end of the season, the people who hit the weekly goal the most time will be crowned champs! This league type is less competitive and more about group accountability and support.
