Theo Team is the perfect tool for you and your team (s) to further improve team performance:

- Build your own library with exercises and training sessions and share it with your team members, or with the entire Theo community

- Get inspired by using exercises that have been made available by other Theo users

- determine your evaluation criteria easily and flexibly and register the results via the app.

- give and receive assessments from different perspectives: coach, trainer, player, etc.

- improve your performance by purchasing additional theory from experts: from separate exercises to complete curriculums (currently hockey focus in particular, we will complement this in the short term with other team sports)
