Therasize is a therapy companion app designed to scale up collaboration and progress tracking between therapists and clients. We have features for Therapists to help set homework, collaborate, and monitor the progress of their clients, and features for individuals in therapy who want to connect with their therapist to enhance their therapy experience. We also have a range of self-help tools for individuals outside of therapy who are eager to improve and maintain their mental wellbeing.

For Therapists:

- Connect with your clients and unlock additional tools to collaborate and create a personalized plan with our Therapist Connections feature.
- View your client's worksheets and set disorder-specific worksheets such as the panic diary, worry diary, and behavioral experiments protocols.
- Request and view minimum data sets (MDS) forms from clients, including GAD-7 and PHQ-9.
- Keep track and manage up to 10 clients.

For Individuals:

- Connect to your therapist with Therapist Connection.
- Work through your thoughts, feelings, and emotions with the diary feature.
- Set and work towards meaningful goals with the goal tracker.
- Challenge your beliefs with behavioral experiments.
- Read insightful and educational articles about mental health with the psychoeducation feature.
- Listen to guided audio tracks to help calm your mind.
- Practice regular gratitude with the gratitude journal and receive daily gratitude reminders.
- Analyse thoughts for potential thinking errors and generate alternative, more balanced and positive thoughts with the AI thought checker
