App Store Description

ThermOL2R calculates the compensation values for machine thermal growth when performing shaft alignment, using real-time thermal images temperatures measured whit the FLIR ONE® camera.

When the machine passes from "Off-Line" to "Running" (OL2R) condition, its components shrink or grow causing the centerlines and base lines of the machines to move. ThermOL2R will calculate the necessary vertical corrections based on this two conditions, taking in account the movable and the stationary machines movements.

The app will generate a complete Report with machine info, notes, map, picture, signature and machine thermal growths and alignment corrections.
