Audio Coaching:
theRunGenie will guide you through individual workouts, or if you are just getting started with running or want to get back into running, theRunGenie will guide you through our 8 week back2basics program of alternating walk/fast walk/jog and runs.
Select from one of many audio workouts, (intervals, recovery run, tempo run, and much more) and off you go. When you are connected to a HR monitor you will be coached to stay within the zones set for the workout. Audio prompts keep you on track as you do your workout and play along side your music
The choice is yours.....
1 - Just Run.
Launch the app, choose JUST RUN and off you go. If you have a heart rate monitor, connect it to get more information about your run, like time in each heart rate zone
2- Audio Coaching: Training Profiles or Trainning Programs
Training Profiles: (currently requires a heart rate monitor, Pace prompts coming soon!!!)
Launch the app, choose COACHING, then choose from one of the different series and training profiles. Connect your heart rate monitor and you are ready for theRunGenie to guide you through your run.
Training Programs: (currently requires a heart rate monitor, Pace prompts coming soon!!!)
If you want to get back to running or train for an upcoming race, theRunGenie app is for you. Choose one of our programs, Back2Basics (to become a runner), Couch 2 5K (coming soon) and follow along.
theRunGenie provides you with complete statistics for all your runs:
-Summary stats:
- miles
-duration
-calories
-avg heart rate(1)
-max heart rate(1)
-avg speed
-max speed
-heart rate chart(1)
-Detailed charts:
-time in each heart rate zone(1),
-splits - (by mile or segment for audio coaching),
-pace and avg heart rate
-map of where you have run
