Think About It.

Think About It (TAI) is an innovative educational based program created and purposed to support the vision and values of Mt. Olive Middle School (MOMS). TAI is a transformational leadership focus that brings about positive changes by engaging, encouraging, and equipping students to move beyond their self-interests and move toward the good of the group, MOMS community, and society.

The impact of TAI’s transformational leadership will raise students to a higher level of thinking, appeal to the ideals and values of students, thereby enhancing commitment to the vision of MOMS. Students will develop new ways of thinking about problems, becoming more responsible because they are inspired, engaging in more constructive behavior or helping out even without the promise of a reward.

TAI’s transformational leadership focus will engage and equip potential leaders from each class of students in order to develop transformational leadership attributes such as empowerment by involving students (team members) in key decision making, enhancing interpersonal relationships in the MOMS community.
