Parker’s driven and talented team members are the foundation of our success, and nothing is more important than making sure every team member returns home safely after each work day.

Parker’s goal is zero workplace accidents, and our safety performance continues to improve each year due to the commitment and diligence of our team members. To build on this progress Parker’s THIS IS SAFETY app provides an engaging platform to not only highlight your accomplishments in making Parker a safe place to work, but to share best practices with your team members at other Parker facilities around the world.

To get started, simply snap a photo and the easy-to-use app turns your pictures into a custom THIS IS SAFETY photo. Your submission can showcase anything from your work station to a job site, or even a photo of your team. Anything you feel illustrates safety excellence at Parker.

Approved submissions will be added to an in-app gallery which can be viewed by any Parker team member, and forwarded to your local safety leader for potential display at your facility.

* When using the THIS IS SAFETY app, please remember that nothing is more important than the safety of all Parker team members. When taking pictures, make sure that you are not putting yourself or those around you at risk. Also, please be mindful of potential interruptions to workflow.

It is also important to remember that there are policies in place prohibiting photographs from being taken within certain areas of Parker facilities. These policies are important not only to ensuring that our facilities are kept safe and secure, but to protect Parker’s intellectual property from competitors. If you have any doubts about whether an image can be shared publically, chances are it should not be posted.
