Functionality:
1) Allow banking partners restricted access to check project status, expenses, contracts, etc.
2) Provide custom bank draw reports to monitor and track liquidity in WIP or percentage of completion.
3) Mortgage partners and closing attorneys can be granted custom logins to allow them access to necessary documents.
4) External Auditors – For clients required to have an annual review or audit, this feature allows external auditors to have direct access to files, saving time internally as well as lowering costs.
5) Customer or investor portals to track the build, sign and save important documents, submit reviews, and stay connected after the build.
6) Mobility – Field users have full access to all data via the smartphone App allowing them to remain agile and get answers quickly.
