RDF focuses on mental health and wellbeing as well as your physical health. We provide fun, realistic and achievable exercise plans which will leave you feeling great and we support you to improve your mindset around food and nutrition. Our group community helps keep you motivated and accountable by sharing your experiences and achievements with other like-minded women. You are not on this journey alone, everyone - including me - is here to support you.
Women's health
At RDF it is important that you are provided with the correct education and resources to support each area of your life. I take a holistic approach to my coaching and through this programme you will be provided with education and adaptations based on the challenges we face through menopause, menstrual cycles & other female related conditions such as PCOS. It is important to me to help you with this as it all impacts your journey.
No time? No problem!
Life is BUSY! But I want you to be the healthiest, fittest version of you which is exactly why RDF is all about short, sharp, brilliant workouts! You really don’t need to workout for hours every day in an expensive gym! Exercising from home or at the gym for just 15-20 minutes regularly has the most incredible benefits for your health and we have a huge variety of strength, cardio and flexibility workouts for you to choose from.
Community
I am so proud of the RDF community; for the days you want to celebrate a win, share a worry, ask a question, or even just see what everyone else is making for lunch our community is here for you! Surrounding yourself with other women on the same journey as you ensure you are truly supported. The online members area and private community groups focus on making this process achievable and fun!

When you join RDF you’ll learn all the basics about nutrition; from calories to cakes, from protein to sugars and from fruit to fats. I’ll help you learn how to lead a healthy lifestyle, with a balanced, flexible approach to nutrition. You don’t have to feel like you're “starting a diet” again, I’ll help you learn to integrate eating well as part of your lifestyle with absolutely no foods off limits!
