App Store Description

Now you can Pay or Fight Parking Tickets from a SmartPhone or Tablet!

TicketPay is the first application that lets Toronto drivers pay or dispute parking tickets from their mobile devices.

First, download our free app. Then, enter your profile and payment information. When you receive a parking ticket, simply select the fine amount and infraction date and choose to pay or fight the infraction. TicketPay then submits the payments and disputes on your behalf saving you from taking time off work or school and helping you avoid long lineups at Toronto’s Ministry of Transportation. Resolving tickets right away prevents any additional fines and penalties so the app saves you both time and money. Submissions can be sent by entering the ticket information manually or by taking a picture of the ticket itself. The app also lets drivers use the same account for multiple vehicles and keep a record of their prior tickets.

The processing fee to pay a ticket is $3.00. To fight is $5.00. The current payment method is credit card with all transactions being securely managed by Stripe. Presently, only city-issued parking tickets (pay or dispute) and provincial traffic tickets (dispute-only) are accepted.

Please visit ticketpay.ca for more information and to view the app demo videos.
