ABOUT GAME -
Tic-tac-toe is a classic board game for two players, X and O, who take turns marking the rows in a 3×3 grid.
The player who succeeds in placing three of their marks in a horizontal, vertical, or diagonal row is the winner.
INSTRUCTION FOR TIC-TAC-TOE
1. Game is Played on a 3 by 3 Grid
2. IF any player gets all 3 marks in a row (uptown or diagonally) will win the game.
3. Game is Drawn when no player has 3 marks in row and all 9 rows get filled.
