Tiempo System App

Tiempo enables corporate legal teams to engage with law firms, consultants and other third-party service providers on legal projects via iPad. Tiempo makes it easy to electronically negotiate and agree on scope, timing and budget of a project with the service provider, and to ensure corporate budgetary alignment and approval. Once agreed on scope, timing and price of the project, Tiempo will visually confirm the details and the service provider can begin to work.


Use Tiempo to:

· Communicate and reach clear agreement between corporate and law firms (or other third-party suppliers) on legal projects.
· Gain approval on agreed projects between the corporate hiring lawyer and his/her budgetary approver.
· Finalize actual billable amounts in advance of issuing invoices.
· Ensure that billed projects (via paper or other software system) have been properly agreed and approved by all key players in advance of commencement of any work.


Tiempo is a simple engagement system that will empower corporate legal teams, clarify engagement terms with external providers, and improve corporate governance and budget discipline.
