Many of us struggle daily with our chair in the office, adopting bad postures and forcing our body to stay too many hours in an "unsuitable" position.
Definitely, a little exercise at the end of the workday is not enough to compensate.
Experts advise getting out of the workplace at least every 30 minutes and TIME TO will remind you.

TimeTo will allow you to set time intervals, launching a sound warning at the end of each one of them and acting according to your location in each case.

- If it detects movement after the warning, which is what is intended, it will restart the countdown.
- If it detects that you have changed location significantly, if you have left the office for example, it will stop the countdown.

TimeTo will not save data about your location in any case.
