Quick tips:
1. On Apple Watch, use force touch to add/edit timers, remove segments or to abort running timer.
2. Use categories to organize your timers
3. Segments 0 seconds long will pause running timer


Timer engine is extremely efficient and can run very long non-workout timers with minimal battery drain (close to zero while running in the background). You can even turn off or restart your watch while the timer is running (but take into consideration that no cues will be triggered while your device is powered off).
