Available exclusively for Deltek Union Square Software clients, the Mobile Timesheet and Expenses App allows users the flexibility of filling out their timesheets and expenses whilst on the move.
The App retrieves users’ current timesheet data and active projects from the main Union Square system in order to provide support for off line working. Users can then complete existing un-submitted timesheets or create new timesheet and expense entries on their iPhone or iPad. The new entries are then synchronized back to the main system either automatically or via a manual synchronization option when a data connection is available.
Facilitating this important process through a mobile interface helps to elevate the user experience, encourage prompt submission of this crucial piece of business data and so increases business efficiency.
