Tinker App

Tinker has been designed for job seekers as well as those in need of an occasional helping hand. Users in search of work are granted access to lists of opportunities available near them. Details provided include job descriptions, pay rates, estimated timespans, brief bios of job posters and other relevant points. Job seekers are required to create profiles for potential employers to view and are asked to submit short application letters in order to apply for postings in which they are interested.
Users in need of short-term workers must likewise create accounts via the app. From that point, they are able to post jobs, view applicants' bios and application letters, see ratings and reviews and communicate with job seekers. Upon hiring a worker, service fees are temporarily deposited into Tinker's account. Once a job is completed, pay is forwarded to the employee.
