Not only does the Titbit InRoom app save paper and help the hotels go green, it brings significant operational efficiencies by delivering service requests to the appropriate service staff and enabling quicker turn around for guests.
In addition to the consumer experience, the Titbit InRoom app is integrated with most of the major Hotel PMS systems and can directly offer sales of services to guests that can be added to their folio. These services can be services rendered by the Hotel or even possible third party services from associate partners.
Some of the services that the Titbit InRoom app supports today are:
1. Hotel Information: Personalized greeting message, HD image or video presentation, branding and promotional messaging
2. On Site Restaurant: Listing of restaurants within the hotel, view menu and other information, table reservation.
3. In Room Services: Request services like in room dining, housekeeping, maintenance, wake up call etc.
4. Local information: Weather, local attractions, tour and travel bookings,airline bookings etc.
5. Shopping: Allow guests to shop for items from the hotel's souvenir shop.
6. Capture feedback from guests.
