Given the climb of mental health issues in today’s culture, now more than ever is the time to prepare our kids for the world. TLC for Youth believes that our personalized GEM system can help children and create a better foundation for future generations. The GEM system focuses on three core areas of development including:

My name is Tara Ward, and I am a certified Life Coach for Youth and founder of TLC for Youth. I have over ten years of experience working with kids of all ages. But my most important job is being the mom of an amazing three-year-old boy!

After having my son, I started on my own self-development journey. My goal was to be the absolute best version of myself so I could be the best mother to my son. During my amazing journey, I learned a lot about growth mindset, emotional development, and mindfulness. As I was continuing to learn, I started thinking about the challenges I faced when I was a kid.

I realized how empowering this powerful wisdom could be for kids! I had a strong desire to figure out a way to combine my passions in life (working with kids, self-development, and mindfulness) and create a meaningful, purposeful business. I completed my Life Coaching for Youth certification and TLC for Youth was officially born!
