Selection criteria:
1. Current stock price must be greater than 19.99
2. Average Percent gain must be greater than 10 percent
3. There will be no outliers. Outlier is defined as an increase in one month of greater than 100 percent.
4. Historical Performance is from 01/01/1997 to present
5. Percent of the time the stock is up for the month must be greater that 70 percent
8. The stock must have 8 up values for the reported month
