Playing Methods:
In the game, you will drive a police car to enforce the law and move the scanner to scan other people's license plate numbers.
After the scan is complete, you have three ways to enforce the law: release them, make them pull over, or just crash their cars.
According to the events,choose the way of enforcing the law.
“Pull over” and “Crash” will trigger the second level of law enforcement.
