Content is presented in the categories functional training, strength and cardio, groupfitness, personal training, health and research, community and lifestyle as well as education and business.

Trainer appears on a bi-monthly basis as print- and online-magazine. It delivers professional articles and background information, helpful tipps and tricks, services, videos, step-by-step guides to workouts and lots of current information on products and concepts.

Using the E-Paper-App you can purchase and download new and archived issues. Thus you build your own personal trainer-archive using the app. For the better use you can synchronize your purchases among other iOS devices.

A single issue sells at 4,49€, a one-year subscription sells at 24,99€. The E-Paper-subscriptions automatically renews after one year if you do not cancel it manually before. All purchases are handled using you Apple-ID. A cancellation of an active subscriptions is not possible at the moment.
