With training tracker you can track your progress on your strength training. It keeps records of the weight used and reps then gives you a comparison to last weeks workout

You can also keep record of how your body is changing with the built in Body Tracker by measuring and storing those measurements.

The built in Meal Planner allows you to add the food you like and then create a meal plan on what you would like to achieve i.e. Bulking, Cutting or Maintaining
