TRAIT DVIR

This app allows a driver to create a Driver Vehicle Inspection Report (DVIR) for any vehicle they operate. Photos and comments of truck and trailer defects can be applied. Completed inspections are saved to review later and also emailed to the driver or fleet manager.

A non-required option of entering in a fleet code/company code within the app allows partnering with Dickinson Fleet Services to be your fleet service provider. The fleet code/company code allows Dickinson Fleet Services to get electronic copies of the DVIR inspections. Additionally, Dickinson Fleet Services will review any defects, schedule and perform any necessary repairs, and update the DVIR inspection stating that repairs have been completed by a certified Dickinson Fleet Service’s technician. A fleet code/company code can be acquired by calling Dickinson Fleet Services. The fleet code/company code may be left blank until then.
