TravL app makes organizing and managing group trips simple. TravL is made for Teachers who plan field trips, people who lead mission trips, incentive or corporate trips. Use it for single-day adventures or overseas excursions. With TravL, everyone knows where they're supposed to be and when they're supposed to be there. All the information is at your fingertips. Beautiful layout showing daily events. Don’t dig in your pocket for that folded paper copy with handwritten changes on the margins. See the day’s overview, click into an activity and get the full details. Everyone receives alerts when an activity is added, changed, or about to begin. Updates are immediately reflected on everyone's device. Parent's love seeing where their child is and what they’re going to do next.

- List of TravLers
Don't carry that three-ring binder with the names of everyone on the trip...their parent’s contact information...who's assigned to which chaperone, and all that need-to-know information provided by each TravLer? It's all in the app and accessible to trip leaders in just a couple of clicks.

- Communicate with ease
Need to get a message to all leaders or chaperones because of a schedule change? With TravL, you don't have to go looking. Just message them through the TravL App. Message one person, a few folks, or the whole group. Same for parents back home. When the bus breaks down and you're getting home an hour later than scheduled, don't call every parent - message them in the TravL app.

- Capture and share memories
Teachers, leaders, and chaperones can take memorable photos within the app to be shared with everyone - even parents back home get to experience the trip through colorful pictures. This photo feature can be enabled or disabled for any trip.

Why should parents be left out just because they can't come on the trip? With the TravL app parents of young ages can be connected to what their child is experiencing. With the photo feature they can see the excitement. Plus, the peace of mind knowing your child is just fine is irreplaceable.
