Acupressure is a non invasive therapy that has been used by the Chinese for thousands of years.
This app is intended for those who practise Acupressure.
However it is also relevant for those who wish to use it on themselves or a friend.
The contra indications are listed under safety.
There is information which tells you a bit about Acupressure.
There is a section called Method where you can find information about how to apply the pressure to the different points.
There are labelled body maps.
There is a list of disorders which take you to pictures of the body with the relevant points.
There is a detail button which shows close up pictures of the locations of the relevant points.
You can email the disorder picture and all the relevant detail pictures to yourself.

Please note, Acupressure is not a diagnostic tool or a cure for disorders, however Acupressure can support medical treatment.
All it does is stimulate the body's own healing process.
