The app informs Trident representatives regarding 4 categories of leads:
Sales leads: Sales leads will keep accurate track of all custiomers who have purchased an automobile from Trident and will specify the details as per showroom.
Service leads: Service leads enables Trident staff to track and revert back to customers who have booked a service.
Finance Leads: Finance leads section compiles the details of the type of finance chosen by the customer: Inhouse finance, Outhouse finance, Company leasing, Full cash payment.
Insurance leads: Insurance leads specify details regarding cutomer’s insurance booking.
The TRIEMP app also features “News” and “Latest news” sections where the team can be upto date and will have every information at hand regarding the brand.
